Usually, the use of our website is possible without providing personal data. Certain data (pages retrieved, names of retrieved files, date, time) are stored on the server for statistical purposes. 3. Storage Time

If no explicit storage time is specified during the survey (e.g. as part of a declaration of consent), personal data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to fulfill the purpose of the storage, unless statutory retention requirements (e.g. commercial and fiscal retention obligations) are opposed to deletion (in accordance to Article 17 and Article 18 GDPR). According to legal requirements in Germany, such a retention obligation exists for commercial and tax-relevant documents for 10 years in accordance with §§ 147 Abs. 1 AO, 257 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 and 4, Abs. 4 HGB (books, records, management reports, accounting documents, trading books, etc.) and 6 years in accordance with § 257 para. 1 no. 2 and 3, para. 4 HGB (commercial letters).

4. Rights of the Data Subject

As a data subject, you have the right to ask for confirmation as to whether the data in question is being processed and, if so, which data is processed and in what manner (in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR).

You can always exercise the following rights:

getting information about your stored data and their processing (according to Art. 15 GDPR)
complete and/or correct personal data (according to Art. 16 GDPR)
request the deletion of your stored data (according to Art. 17 GDPR)
request restriction of data processing, insofar as we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations (in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR)
objection to the processing of your data (according to Art. 21 GDPR)
request the transfer of personal data, if you have consented to the data processing or have concluded a contract with us (according to Art. 20 GDPR)

If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future. You can contact the responsible supervisory authority at any time (right for complaint in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR). We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned does not take place. We only disclose your personal information to third parties if you have given your explicit consent to do so, if processing is necessary to fulfill a contract with you or to fulfill a legal obligation, or if processing is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests.

5. Third Parties

Based on our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) we use Google Analytics (= web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie are usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement, providing a guarantee to comply with European privacy legislation. Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offering and to provide us with further services related to the use of this online offer and the internet usage. In this case, pseudonymous user profiles of the processed data can be created. We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of the users is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. The IP address submitted by the user's browser will not be merged with other data provided by Google.
