3. Storage Time
If no explicit storage time is specified during the survey (e.g. as part of a declaration of consent), personal data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to fulfill the purpose of the storage, unless statutory retention requirements (e.g. commercial and fiscal retention obligations) are opposed to deletion (in accordance to Article 17 and Article 18 GDPR). According to legal requirements in Germany, such a retention obligation exists for commercial and tax-relevant documents for 10 years in accordance with §§ 147 Abs. 1 AO, 257 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 and 4, Abs. 4 HGB (books, records, management reports, accounting documents, trading books, etc.) and 6 years in accordance with § 257 para. 1 no. 2 and 3, para. 4 HGB (commercial letters).
4. Rights of the Data Subject
As a data subject, you have the right to ask for confirmation as to whether the data in question is being processed and, if so, which data is processed and in what manner (in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR).
You can always exercise the following rights:
- getting information about your stored data and their processing (according to Art. 15 GDPR)
- complete and/or correct personal data (according to Art. 16 GDPR)
- request the deletion of your stored data (according to Art. 17 GDPR)
- request restriction of data processing, insofar as we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations (in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR)
- objection to the processing of your data (according to Art. 21 GDPR)
- request the transfer of personal data, if you have consented to the data processing or have concluded a contract with us (according to Art. 20 GDPR)
5. Third Parties
This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data of visitors. For more information about Google's data processing, please refer to the Google Privacy Notice. You can also change your personal privacy settings in the privacy center.
If you contact us (by e-mail or contact form), you give us your consent to contact you. This requires the specification of a valid e-mail address. This serves to assign the request and the subsequent answering of the same. The specification of further data is optional. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions. After completing the request the personal data will be automatically deleted.
